On November 2, 2016 Graspa Group’s Salumeria 104, Midtown Oyster Bar, Spuntino Catering, Allegiance Crane, Eat This Drink That Go and American Airlines will come together to produce the third annual “Flying with the Stars” dinner. Taking place at The Bath Club, in Miami Beach, this one-of-a-kind event will showcase a once-in-a-lifetime six-course wine-pairing dinner created by Italian Michelin-starred Chefs Davide Brovelli (Il Sole di Ranco) and Tommaso Arrigoni (Innocenti Evasioni). Miami’s own chefs, Angelo Masarin, Carlo Donadoni and the Salumeria 104 and Midtown Oyster Bar teams, will also contribute their talents to the meal.
As charitable as it is delicious, Flying with the Stars has raised over $60,000 at its silent auction over the past two years, always donating 100% of funds to a charity of their choice. This year, Flying with the Stars aims to raise $50,000 to benefit two organizations: the Dolphins Cancer Challenge and Operation Lift Hope. First launched by the Miami Dolphins Foundation in 2010, the Dolphins Cancer Challenge raises money for innovative cancer research at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Separately, Operation Lift HOPE aims to transform the face of homelessness in Fort Lauderdale, and as the name implies, “lift hope” for families, veterans and individuals suffering from homelessness in the Fort Lauderdale community.
Interested in attending? (We are!) Tickets for Flying with the Stars are priced at $250 per person. Purchase tickets here before October 7th with the code “EarlyStar” to get a discount.
This event will take place on November 2, 2016, from 7 – 11 p.m. The Bath Club is located at 5937 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33140.
See you there!
