Happy Halloween! Spice up the spooky season with this Adult Candy Corn cocktail from StripSteak by Michael Mina {4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 877.326.7412}. Order it with dinner, and when you fall in love with it (pun!), come home and make it for yourself. We’ve got the recipe, below.
Combine 1 1/2 ounces Widow Jane Apple Wood Rye, 1/2 ounce Cointreau Noir, one ounce Apple Cider Reduction, 1/2 ounce lemon juice, one barspoon Allspice Dram, and one egg white. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a cocktail coupe. Mist the top of drink with “liquid candy corn” and garnish with three pieces of actual candy corn.
