Chimichurri from StripSteak by Michael Mina
Ingredients
1 c parsley, finely chopped
½ cup arugula, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ jalapeño pepper, minced
2 tbsp sherry wine vinegar
1 c olive oil
1 tbsp Kosher salt
Method
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and combine thoroughly. Transfer the mixture to a sealable container and refrigerate until needed.
To serve: Put it in a bowl and pair it with your favorite cut of steak. Enjoy!
