Crafted by Corsair, a monthly Beer & Dinner Series at CORSAIR kitchen & bar {19999 West Country Club Drive, Aventura; 786.279.6800} that highlights South Florida breweries, is back for its second dinner of 2019! On Thursday, February 28, beer lovers can head to the restaurant and indulge in a tantalizing, four-course dinner prepared by the restaurant’s own Executive Chef Gordon Maybury and Chef de Cuisine Derrick Connor. Priced at just $58 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, this dinner will pair every course with select pours from Funky Buddha Brewing, a popular local brewery based in Oakland Park, FL.
