Lollipop Mojito


You can’t go to A Fish Called Avalon {700 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach; 305.532.1727} without trying the seafood, and when you do, you’ll need a tasty cocktail to go with it. We suggest the perfectly-sweet Lollipop Mojito—it’s a fan favorite. We have the recipe below!
Here’s how it’s made:
Add a pinch of mint, two teaspoons sugar, and one ounce lemon juice into a 14-16 ounce highball. Using a muddler, bruise the mint, but do not pulverize it. Add two ounces Flor de Caña rum and stir. Fill the rest of the glass with large ice cubes. Top it off with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge and a lollipop. Enjoy!
