Pumpkin Spiced Dominican Coffee


When the fall season sweeps through town, anything “pumpkin” becomes the norm. This year, Villa Azur is stepping it up a notch with the Pumpkin Spiced Dominican Coffee. Made with Ron Barceló Añejo rum, this is one warm cocktail that will have you slipping into fall with just one sip. Check out the recipe, below!

One by one, add 1 1/2 ounces Ron Barceló Añejo, a 1/2 ounce Demerara syrup, a 1/2 ounce pumpkin purée, and four ounces hot coffee in an Irish coffee glass. Top is all with unsweetened whipped cream and garnish with star anise.
