Steak, Sinatra, and Sopranos
On Saturday, March 23, Miami Beach’s most iconic hotel—Fontainebleau Miami Beach {4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 800.548.8886}—invites guests to indulge in a night of legends. In honor of the 20th anniversary of the premiere of The Sopranos, which the Fontainebleau served as the backdrop for in season four, the glamorous Collins Avenue hotel will host a special performance of “Sinatra Meets The Sopranos” in the same ballroom where Sinatra, a frequent visitor of the Fontainebleau, once performed.
The show will start with a performance of classics by a Sinatra tribute artist, Michael Martocci, and his 22-piece orchestra. After that, The Sopranos actors Steve Schirripa, who played Bobby Baccalieri; Michael Imperioli, who played Christopher Moltisanti; and Vincent Pastore, who played Sal ‘Big Pussy’ Bonpensiero, will come together to tell backstage stories about their experience on the show. Since it is an intimate event, audience members are invited to ask questions and get to know the actors.
And to make it a full night out on the town, guests can purchase a Dinner & Show Package and kick-off the evening with a pre-show dinner at StripSteak by Michael Mina. StripSteak, the acclaimed steakhouse by renowned chef and restaurateur Michael Mina, is known for its high-quality cuts of steak straight from the hotel’s onsite aging room, fresh seafood, signature steakhouse sides, eclectic wines, and impressive cocktail menu. Included in this $135 package is one general admission ticket to the show, two hours of complimentary specialty cocktails, and discounted valet parking.
