Tacos Al Pastor from Tacology
makes two tacos
Ingredients
2 tortillas
3.6 oz Pastor Puerco
2 tbsp onion, finely chopped ·
1 tsp cilantro chiffonade
4 slices of pineapple, thinly sliced
Method
Cook the meat in a skillet and divide it between the two tortillas. Garnish the meat with the chopped onion, cilantro, and pineapple.
