Grilled Bacon from BLT Prime
serves many, as an appetizer
Ingredients
1 lb thick-cut bacon, smoked and at least 1/8-inch thick
1 c parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp shallots, chopped
1 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fine sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, freshly-cracked, to taste
Sherry vinegar, for garnish
Method
Whisk together everything except the bacon and the sherry vinegar. Set aside. Grill bacon on both sides, until done.
To serve: Serve with bacon dressing mixture. Drizzle with sherry vinegar.
