Looking for somewhere to “cheers” to Dad this weekend? These spots should do the trick. Here are seven of our favorite restaurants to celebrate Father’s Day 2018:
Market at EDITION
This Father’s Day, head to Market at EDITION {2901 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 786.257.4600} for a one-of-a-kind “Father’s Day Brewski & Brunch!” This unlimited spread will have everything you need to make Dad feel loved: like a raw bar, a charcuterie station, hot food, the restaurant’s popular Pastry Pod, and more. Drinks are priced separately, and special for the holiday, options include $6 local draft beers, $10 Tropical Mimosas, and $12 Aperol Spritz and Market Negronis. This buffet will take place on Sunday, June 17, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is priced at $49 per person.

Matador Room
Treat Dad to a delicious a la carte brunch—complete with dishes like Huevos Rancheros made with local farm eggs and Black Truffle and Fontina Pizza—as you look out onto the Atlantic Ocean from the gorgeous terrace of Matador Room {2901 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 786.257.4600}. For just $45, you can add a bottomless drink package with Bloody Marys, Bellinis, or Mimosas. This brunch will take place on Sunday, June 17, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann
Visit Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann {3201 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 786.655.5610} for a two-day celebration! On Saturday, June 16, grab Dad and head to the kitchen for an intimate Grilling Masterclass led by none other than Los Fuegos Chef de Cuisine Cristian Menendez. An apprentice of world renowned grill master, Francis Mallmann, Chef Cristian will teach attendees Mallmann’s signature live-fire cooking techniques and ingredient preparation so that they can whip up an array of mouthwatering dishes, like Smoked Shrimps ‘a la Plancha,’ Salt-Crusted Whole Red Snapper, and Mallmann’s famous Beef Tenderloin Milanesa. Guests will get to eat what they cook, sip wine pairings, and go home with an autographed copy of Francis Mallmann’s best-selling cookbook and a recipe card.

Then on June 17, go back to the restaurant for Los Fuegos’ renowned Sunday Asado, which includes a multi-course feast of slow-cooked meats, succulent seafood, flame-licked vegetables, sweetbreads, and more. This brunch comes with unlimited mimosas and beer, and all dads will get a complimentary hand-rolled cigar to enjoy over live music. The cooking class will take place on Saturday, June 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday Asado will take place on Sunday, June 17, from Noon to 4 p.m.
Seaspice
Seaspice {422 NW North River Drive, Miami; 305.440.4200} will host a “Riverside Fete” with a chic riverside Sunday brunch and dad-approved dishes like the Prime US Bone-In Ribeye or A5 Wagyu served on volcanic hot-stones, or Maine Lobster Benedict and Alaskan King Crab Cake Benedict. Premium cigar selections will be available to pair with Champagne by Perrier Jouët, and there will be special cocktails by Absolut Elyx and Avion Tequila, live music, and performers. These day-long festivities will take place on Sunday, June 17, starting at 11:45 a.m.
Fontainebleau Miami Beach
Celebrate Father’s Day at the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach {4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 800.548.8886} with a poolside retreat fit for a king!Available on Sunday only, the “Ultimate Father’s Day Experience” package includes a poolside cabana at either Arkadia Pool or Bowtie Pool with a 42-inch flat screen television fit, personal butler service, a mini fridge filled with refreshments and treats, a digital safe, a phone, food platters from Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina (for up to six people), two buckets of Heineken beer, a box of cigars, a bottle of Grey Goose Vodka, a 30-minute jet-ski rental, and more. BLT Prime
BLT Prime {4400 NW 87 Avenue, Doral; 305.591.6606}, Doral’s modern American steakhouse, is going big for Father’s Day with its signature Burger Board! Choose from patties like The Caddie, a burger blend topped with garlic pork, white cheddar, mustard braised onions, and crispy pancetta; The Eagle, a burger blend topped with white cheddar, poached lobster, and truffle buttermilk dressing; The Blind Shot, marinated grilled chicken topped with avocado, lettuce, tomato, red onions, and an olive oil aioli; The Fairway, a burger blend topped with sliced brisket, fried cheese curd, jalapeno bacon, and a jerk glaze; The Monster, a grilled 100% black angus burger topped with aged cheddar, crispy shallots, roasted tomatoes, Bibb lettuce, and burger sauce; or The Mulligan, which tops a grilled salmon burger with avocado, apple, pickled red onions, and saffron rouille. In honor of the big day, Chef de Cuisine Steve Mendez is offering a new burger and beer combo, which pairs The B&B Burger—a short rib and chorizo blend patty topped with asiago cheese, bread and butter pickles, fried egg, smoked bacon, beefsteak tomatoes, and roasted pepper sauce—served with yucca fries and Wynwood Brewing’s La Rubia ale. Kick back, relax and celebrate Dad with the ultimate Thai-infused brunch experience with plates like Fried Duck & Biscuits with sweet chili sauce for dipping; Crispy Pork Belly Buns served with sweet soy glaze and homemade pickles, Eggs Benedict with Chinese 5-spice biscuits, Black Sesame Pancakes with a banana brûlée, Matcha Waffles with sweet red bean and bird chili maple syrup, sushi, and more.
