Tuesday, May 7: Cellar 1954 Wine Dinner at Fontainebleau Miami Beach
To pay homage to the hotel’s opening in 1954, Fontainebleau Miami Beach will host a trio of Cellar 1954 Wine Dinners—and the first one kicks off this week! During these exclusive dinners, guests can enjoy the world’s most prestigious wines paired with the award-winning cuisine of Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s signature restaurants. This Tuesday, at 7 p.m., head to Hakkasan {4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 786.276.1388} for a multi-course dinner paired with Lingua Franca Wines, from Oregon. This event will be led by Master Sommelier Larry Stone. Tickets are priced at $200 per person.
Wednesday, May 8: Wine Down Wednesdays at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse
From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., head to Wolfgang’s Steakhouse {315 South Biscayne Boulevard, Downtown Miami; 305.487.7130} for $5 house wine.
Thursday, May 9: Fire Dome Series with Chef Francis Mallmann at Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann
This Thursday, at 7 p.m., Faena Hotel Miami Beach’s “Fire Dome Series” with Chef Francis Mallmann will continue with a special vegan and vegetarian feast. During this dazzling event, which will take place at Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann {3201 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 786.655.5610}, Chef Mallmann himself will prepare a range of locally-sourced produce over his signature six-foot, iron-grilling dome. Guests of this intimate experience will enjoy live music and a buffet-style dinner under the stars, right in front of Damien Hirst’s famous golden mammoth statue. This event will include small bites, a buffet dinner, and Faena Wine pairings. This dinner is priced at $195 per person.
