Tuesday, January 30: Lobster Night at Cibo Wine Bar South Beach

Saturday, February 3: Scarpetta Pasta Class
Every wonder how to make Scarpetta’s famous pasta at home? Well now you can. Head to Scarpetta by Scott Conant {4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 305.674.4660} this Saturday, and every first Saturday of the month, for a pasta-making class led by Chef de Cuisine Neil O’Connell and pasta maker Roberto Fernandez. During this class, pasta lovers will learn how to make dough, tomato sauce, ravioli, and spaghetti, as well as how to fill, handle, cook, and serve the pasta. At the end of the class, everyone will be able to taste the dishes they’ve made, and they’ll go home with recipe cards for the tomato sauce and pasta dough. This class will run from Noon to 1:30 p.m. All classes are open to adults and children ages 12+ years, and the class is priced at $75++ per person. Spots are limited. Reservations required.
