Located in the tropical garden of The Sacred Space—Miami’s wellness campus in Wynwood — Plant Miami heralds a modern plant-based approach with an emphasis on vibrant, organic, living foods, and a commitment to the art of conscious cuisine. Featuring organic, plant-based dishes naturally inspired by the South Florida landscape, Plant Miami uses the purest ingredients and highest sustainability practices in the industry.
Under the direction of Executive Chef Horacio Rivadero and Pastry Chef Veronica Manolizi, the menu blends innovative techniques with seasonal, local produce, including many classics, living, plant-based, and gluten-free dishes. Most of the concept’s farm-to-chef ingredients are locally sourced from its sister farm, Paradise Farms, located in Homestead and featuring 57 varieties of edible flowers. Functional nutrition serves as a guiding principle in Plant Miami’s approach and process, with a variety of superfoods, medicinal herbs, and ancient spices inspiring the recipes and enlivening each dish.
