El Conejo Bueno


Easter is right around the corner! And to celebrate, Seaspice {422 NW North River Drive, Miami; 305.440.4200} has just the drink you need: El Conejo Bueno. With a name that means “good bunny” in Spanish, this cocktail will get you hopping in no time. Try it at Seaspice, and when you love it, go home and make another one for yourself. We’ve got the recipe, below!
Here’s how it’s made:
Combine 2 ounces Ron Barceló Gran Añejo, 1 ounce fresh carrot juice, 1/2 ounce chickpea (garbanzo) water, 3/4 ounce sugar, and a dropper full of salt water in a shaker, over ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a slice of carrot.
