Here’s how it’s made:

Mix two dashes Bitter Truth Spiced Chocolate Bitters, two droplets of Bittermen’s Hellfire Habanero Shrub, two ounces Cardenal Mendoza, a half ounce Bodegas Hidalgo Triana Pedro Ximenez Sherry, and a half ounce Bodegas Hidalgo Oloroso Seco Faraon Sherry in a shakerStir for 15-20 seconds and strain over ice. Garnish with Jamon Iberico. Enjoy!
