In a shaker, mix 1.5 ounces Jameson, 1/2 ounce Disaronno, 1/2 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 ounce simple syrup, and one egg white. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with red, green, and white sugar, all arranged to look like an Irish flag.
