Every month, Nobu Miami {4525 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 305.695.3232} comes up with a “Cocktail of the Month”—and this July, it’s the Carrot & Co! Created by Geo Lagos, this sweet drink is perfect for those warm, summer Miami days or nights. Find the recipe, below:
Shake and strain a half ounce Ki No Bi Gin, one ounce fresh-pressed carrot juice, a half ounce passion fruit, a half ounce Giffard Banane Du Bresil, and a half ounce Monkfruit Syrup into a highball. Top off with crushed ice. Garnish with three sweetened and dehydrated banana chips. Enjoy!
