The FitBit Miami Marathon and Half Marathon will breeze through Miami on Sunday, January 28—and if you’re joining the race, then you’ll need to fuel up with plenty of carbohydrates before you run! Lucky for you, Scarpetta by Scott Conant {4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 877.326.7412} has just the thing runners need. Available from 6 p.m. to  8 p.m. on both Friday, January 26, and Saturday, January 27, the award-winning restaurant will offer all Miami Marathon runners a three-course, prix-fixe “Carb Up” menu for just $39 per person. It’s sure to be a delicious night out on magical Miami Beach… and a mouthwatering way to get ahead of the competition.  
Here’s what you’ll find on Scarpetta’s “Carb Up” menu this weekend:
ANTIPASTI

Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, basil pesto, and balsamic pearls
Arugula Salad with toasted pine nuts, pecorino, and truccioletto vinaigrette
Creamy Polenta with a fricassee of truffled mushrooms
PASTE
Choose one of the following…

Spaghetti with tomato and basil
Tagliatelle with wild mushroom, asparagus, and truffle sabayon
Duck and Foie Gras Ravioli with a marsala reduction
DOLCE
Choose one of the following…
Coconut Panna Cotta with caramelized pineapple and guava soup
Amedei Chocolate Cake with raspberry and malted swirl gelato, toasted almond gelato, and salted caramel sauce
