Mexican food has taken many forms across America; from Tex Mex, Baja Med and Americanized “Mexican” fast food (Taco Bell, anyone?), to fine dining, farm-to-table tacos, and slowly but surely, authentic Mexican cuisine at its finest. Here in our melting pot city of Miami, we’ve always welcomed the spices, flavors and subtle Latin influences from our American neighbors in the southwest—and now, it’s showing up in top restaurants all over the Magic City. As more and more Mexican concepts keep opening along our South Florida shores, however, there are two staples, Tacology {701 South Miami Avenue, Brickell; 786.347.5368} and its sister restaurant, Cantina La Veinte {495 Brickell Avenue, Brickell; 786.623.6135}, that always curb our taco, guacamole or enchilada itch. Hop between the two almost every day of the week, and you can score high-end Mexican cuisine for some pretty low-key prices, too.

SUNDAY
Where: Cantina La Veinte
When: Weekly, Noon to 4 p.m.
Why: Two words—”Sunday Funday.” For just $40, diners and imbibers can get all-you-can-drink mimosas, Bloody Mary’s and margaritas. (That’s right… we said all you can drink.)
MONDAY
Where: Tacology
When: Weekly, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Why: Because it’s Monday, and that alone means you deserve a drink. But on top of that, it’s Industry Night! Lucky for diners, the fine folks at Tacology want to share their industry discounts with the general public. Every Monday, head there for a Mexican beer, Michelada, Classic Margarita or a No Mames Margarita. Whatever you choose, you can’t go wrong—they’re all 50% off.
TUESDAY
Where: Tacology
When: Weekly, Noon to 11 p.m.
Why: Tuesdays call for tacos, and at Tacology, you can get some of the best in town at a great price. For just $10, taco lovers can get two al pastor tacos, plus a tequila shot. For the shot, you’ll get Milagro tequila through the end of January, and Suerte tequila every Tuesday in February.
WEDNESDAY
Where: Cantina La Veinte
When: Weekly, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Why: It’s Ladies Night! So grab your favorite girls and head to Cantina La Veinte. Every Thursday, ladies can dress to impress and drink unlimited free margaritas in the bar area, only.
THURSDAY
Where: Tacology
When: Weekly, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Why: Why limit your week to one Ladies Night, when you can have two? Every Thursday, everyone who visits Tacology can get $25 bottles of Sparkling Rosé, and all ladies get unlimited Disco Ball cocktails for free. Cheers!
