Perfect for brunching with the girls—or, who are we kidding? Saying “cheers” to the royal wedding—this gin concoction promises to put a little pizazz in your day-drinking game. Combine 1/4 ounce St. George Raspberry Brandy, 1 ounce Tanqueray Gin, a splash of Pernod Absinthe, 1/2 ounce lemon juice, 1 ounce coconut water, and 3/4 ounce simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Pour into a champagne flute and top with Moet & Chandon Brut Champagne. Garnish with a frozen raspberry. Enjoy!
