In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Fontainebleau Miami Beach {4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 305.538.2000} is teaming up with the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine for its eighth annual “Bleau Goes Pink” campaign. To raise both awareness and funds for the cause, the iconic Miami Beach property is offering dining promotions at Scarpetta and StripSteak by Michael Mina throughout the month of October, part of the proceeds of which will benefit Sylvester’s efforts. Priced at just $55 each, these three course, prix-fixe dinner menus will include an appetizer, entrée, dessert and a glass of Conde de Valdemar Rosé, and $5 of every menu purchased will go towards breast cancer research.
