Crafted by CORSAIR, the monthly Beer & Dinner Series at CORSAIR kitchen & bar {19999 West Country Club Drive, Aventura; 786.279.6800}, was created to highlight South Florida’s growing local brewery scene. And next Thursday, March 28, it’s coming back for its third dinner of 2019! Starting at 7:30 p.m., beer aficionados can make their way to Aventura to enjoy a four-course feast prepared by CORSAIR’s very own executive chef, Gordon Maybury, and the chef de cuisine, Derrick Connor. Priced at just $58 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, this dinner will pair every course with select brews from Bousa Brewing—a hip craft brewery in Little River known for its use of local ingredients.
Here’s what guests can expect to find on the Crafted by CORSAIR pairing menu:
Corsair Antipasto
Local greens, house olives, lemon ricotta, spiced cured meat, roasted red pepper, croutons, and sun dried tomato vinaigrette
Paired with: Honey Blonde Ale
Hamachi Crudo
Serrano pepper, kaffir lime seeds, passion fruit, wonton, coconut sweet chili, and micro cilantro
Paired with: Pho Tom Gose
Vadouvan Spiced Brisket
Cauliflower purée, sweet potato stack, braised fennel, and a dried cherry molasses gastrique
Paired with: Monroe Red Ale
Marshmallow Pizookie
Cardamom graham cracker, brown butter blondie, hazelnut chili brittle, and bitter chocolate shards
Paired with: White Chocolate Milkshake IPA
