Time Out Market Miami

Time Out Market Miami is FINALLY here! And Miami is ready to welcome all that it has to offer.

Based on editorial curation—and done in large part by Virginia Gil, Editor of Time Out Miami—this 18,000-square-foot food and cultural market brings together 18 of the city’s best chefs and restaurateurs, cocktails from Miami’s award- winning mixologists, stunning local art, a demonstration kitchen, and more to Miami Beach’s famed Lincoln Avenue.

Priced at around $20 per person for a full dining experience, guests can choose from over 100 mouth-watering dishes, including: Cuban pastries, tacos, vegan burgers, artisan-style pizza or lobster rolls, Shrimp Ceviche, Crackling Maitake Mushroom with Shishito Peppers, Sushi Bowls, Beef Pho, Pastrami Short Rib with Shaved Fennel Caesar, Chicken N Waffles, Pan-Seared Chochoyotes, Tulip Cakes, and more. In addition to the venue’s permanent roster of chefs, the Time Out Market Miami Demonstration Kitchen will showcase a rotating lineup of chefs, from up-and-coming culinary geniuses to accomplished chefs. The first chef to take a three-month residency is Miami-born, Cuban-American Chef Miguel Massens, one of Forbes “Best Kept Secret Chefs to Know Right Now” andZagat’s “Under the Radar Chefs to Know in Miami.”

To go with the food, Time Out Market Miami has a main cocktail bar and two side bars with monthly rotating beverage activations. All three offer 15 concoctions from top Miami mixologists and bars—Broken Shaker, Sweet Liberty, and Generator Hostel Miami—as well as Time Out Market’s own specialized bar team. Don’t want a classic cocktail? Choose from 25 wine selections, six types of Champagne and sparkling wine, four beers by local breweries, frosé, or even a piña colada.
