Coco Loco at Seaspice

Summers are for celebrating! And this summer, heat up your palate with a bevy of new dishes at Seaspice {422 NW North River Drive, Miami; 305.440.4200}, Miami River’s hottest restaurant and lounge. All are delicious, all are seasonal and internationally-inspired, and all are created by none other than the restaurant’s talented Executive Chef Angel Leon.
Here are the plates you can look forward to this summer at Seaspice:
Seaspice Scampi: Wild Nigerian jumbo prawns paired with garlic tomato confit, romaine lettuce, Kalamata olives, and lemon
Alaskan Halibut: Alaskan Halibut served with grilled artichoke hearts, Cipollini onions, crispy oyster mushrooms, and English pea sauce
Mediterranean Dorade: Dorade topped with citrus salsa verde, and grilled market vegetables
Grilled Maine Lobster: Maine lobster with garlic herb butter, roasted new potatoes, pea tendrils, and red radish
Market Seafood Casserole: A casserole packed with Maine lobster, jumbo prawns, market fish, squid, day boat scallops, Florida clams, fennel, and dashi clam broth
Fire Roasted Veal Shank for Two: Veal shank with Cipollini onions, roasted new potatoes, roasted carrots, and sugar snap peas

Want a real treat? Pair them with a bespoke cocktail, like the ones listed below—they’re new for summer, too.
High Tea: A delicate mix of Earl Grey- and Cardamon-infused Bombay Gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice
Persea Martini: Tequila, fresh avocado, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup, all garnished with fresh-ground black pepper
Coco Loco: A combination of Havana rum and Thai coconut

Happy dining!
