Savor the Summer at Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann
Get a taste of South America’s most flavorful dishes with a special summer menu at Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann. Created by Chef de Cuisine Cristian Menendez, the seasonal fare is inspired by the Argentinian tradition of cooking meat over an open flame and includes perfectly-cooked meat, vegetable and seafood plates like: Mallmann’s famous Beef Tenderloin ‘Milanesa’ and Seafood “Parrillada” and Potato Gnocchi with roasted mushrooms and sage butter.

A Taste of Summer at Pao by Paul Qui
Get a taste of high-end, ultra-modern Asian fare this summer at Pao by Paul Qui, where Chef de Cuisine Benjamin Murray is serving up inventive summer-inspired dishes that are as vibrant in color as they are in flavor. In addition to new plates on the a la carte menu, like Fatty Tuna Belly Toro served with dried mango and grilled Alaskan King Crab with Thai chili, guests can nosh on a specially-priced prix fixe menu with Chef Murray’s favorite dishes: like Kinilaw, Paul Qui’s famous East Side King Fried Chicken, tender Wagyu beef, and tempting desserts.
