Miami Spice may have ended, but at Quality Meats Miami Beach, that doesn’t mean the reasonably-priced, prix-fixe menus have to disappear. Regarded as Miami Beach’s acclaimed steakhouse, Quality Meats Miami Beach {1501 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 305.340.3333}, now offers its nightly Grill Menu, which gives guests an opportunity to indulge in two courses from the restaurant’s most notable dishes for just $39 per person.

As part of the deal, diners can choose one appetizer or salad and one entrée from the restaurant’s select menu. Don’t know where to start? Opt for plates like Yellowfina tuna carpaccio with roasted beets and lemon olive oil, roasted bone marrowkale & manchego salad with chorizo vinaigrette, tomato & stracciatella, or the restaurant’s winner of the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Meatopia “People’s Choice Award,” house-cured slab bacon with peanut butter and jalapeño jelly. As if that’s not enough already, guests can then choose from a range of hearty mains: like baby back ribs with mint and a honey-lime sauce, a petit filet mignon, blackened redfish drizzled with chimichurri or fennel saffron, or lemon charred chicken.

If you want to pair your meal with a side, choose from mouthwatering options like broccoli and cheese bites dusted with Cheetos®, corn creme brûléegnocchi and cheese, or pan roasted crispy potatoes. All sides are served a la carte, are priced between $11 and $13 apiece, and are made to share.

Of course, no decadent meal is complete without dessert, and Quality Meats Miami Beach certainly doesn’t disappoint. Choose one of the restaurant’s dressed-up ice cream scoops, like coffee and doughnuts, where chocolate doughnuts are swirled into creamy coffee-flavored ice cream, or The King: a mix of peanut butter-banana sorbet, caramel bananas, candied peanuts, cinnamon toast, and brown sugar bacon. Want something richer? Quality Meats has that, too. We recommend the decadent chocolate cake. Priced at just $18, it serves up to four and has crème fraiche, port cherries, and spiced “crunchies.”

Quality Meats Miami Beach is open for dinner on Sunday and Monday, from 6-11 p.m., and from Tuesday through Saturday until midnight. Prices shown exclude tax and gratuity.

Happy dining!
