For this week only, the celebrity chef and restaurateur behind Scarpetta {4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 305.674.4660} is putting his New Impero Burger on the Pizza & Burger menu… and he’s giving 15% of the sales to Keep Memory Alive, an organization committed to improving the lives of patients and families dealing with Alzheimer’s, dementia, multiple sclerosis, and various brain disorders.
Following a month of celebrity burgers that includes Grown’s Signature Salmon Burger by Shannon and Ray Allen, the Fork & Knife Burger by Food Network superstar Robert Irvine, and the IRIE Burger by DJ IRIE, Scott Conant has created a burger inspired by the Italian flavors he has become famous for mastering. Taking diners on a culinary tour of Italy, this burger tops a double dry-aged patty with pickled mustard seed sauce, fontina, lettuce, tomato, and truffle aioli.
