Spring is in the air! And for Miami’s hottest restaurants, that means it’s time for some new (seasonal) menu additions.
If you’re looking for a good meal on Miami Beach, head to Matador Room {2901 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 786.257.4600}, at The Miami Beach EDITION, and check out all the new seasonal plates it has to offer. Drawing from Spanish, Caribbean, and South American flavors—and backed by the talents of Michelin-star chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten—we reckon that, no matter what you order, you won’t be disappointed.
Here’s a look at some of the new dishes you can get excited about:
Spring Pea Guacamole
made with toasted sunflower seeds
Sucrine & Arugula Salad
with crispy potatoes and yuzu ranch dressing
Beets & Strawberry Salad
with pistachio, red chili and shallot dressing
Peekytoe Crab & Corn Fritter
with chipotle aioli and cilantro
Achiote Pork Taco
with pickled red onion and cilantro
Tuna Tartare
served on Bibb lettuce with avocado, capers and potato flakes

topped with tropical fruit.

Matador Room serves breakfast (Terrace only) every Friday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Lunch is served (Terrace only) every Monday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and on Fridays, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dinner is served every Sunday through Thursday, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., and on Fridays and Saturdays, from 6 p.m. to Midnight.
