Muddle two whole strawberries, one lime wedge, and five to eight mint leaves together. Add 1 oz lime juice, 0.5 oz simple syrup, 1.5 oz Blackwell Rum, and ice except. Shake and pour the mixture into a highball glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with sugarcane and lime.
