In a mixing glass, combing 3/4 ounce simple syrup, 1 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice, 1-1/2 ounces blanco tequila, and 1/2 ounce Chambord. Strain into a Collins glass over ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish

In a mixing glass, combing 3/4 ounce simple syrup, 1 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice, 1-1/2 ounces blanco tequila, and 1/2 ounce Chambord. Strain into a Collins glass over ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with blackberries and mint leaves.
