Soyka Celebrates 17 Years
Brought to us in 1999 by Mark Soyka, the same Miami visionary who brought us News Café on Ocean Drive and Van Dyke Café on Lincoln Road, Soyka {5556 NE 4th Court, Miami; 305.759.3117}—his namesake restaurant—is now in its 17th year. And to celebrate the occasion, guests can head to the restaurant on October 27th at 7 p.m. for live jazz and complimentary champagne and hors d’ oeuvres. And since you’re already there, stay for Chef Pedro Lopez’s usual feast of feel-good favorites: like Braised Lamb Shank with tzatziki, Porcini Mushroom Ravioli, “Mark’s Famous Meatloaf,” and Mediterranean Mussels with braised shallot cream sauce, to name a few.
