Here’s how it’s made:
Combine 2 ounces Ron Barceló Gran Añejo, 1 ounce fresh carrot juice, 1/2 ounce chickpea (garbanzo) water, 3/4 ounce sugar, and a dropper full of salt water in a shaker, over ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a slice of carrot.
