Here’s how it’s made:

Rim a martini glass with a lemon wedge. Mix one and a half ounces Bacardi 10yr, one and a half ounces Spiced Coconut Tincture, and a squeeze of a fresh lemon wedge in the larger part of a Boston shaker. Top the shaker with ice and a julep strainer. Shake the cocktail. Strain into a chilled martini glass with an ice sphere. Garnish with fresh thyme.
