In a mixing glass with ice, combine 2 ounces Buffalo Trace Bourbon, 1 ounce Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth, 4 dashes peach bitters, and 4 dashes black walnut bitters. Shake well. Strain neat into a rocks glass, or serve up in cocktail glass.
