Here in Miami, we believe in keeping it hot all year round, and nowhere is that more obvious than at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach {4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 305.538.2000}. To kick-off 2017, Miami’s most iconic hotel has launched a new menu of cold-weather cocktails – all of which are sure to spice things up on those warm Miami nights.
Here are some of the drinks you can sip on this season:
“Crimson and Clover” (Scarpetta): Gosling Rum, peach balsamic shrub, fresh lemon and orange juices, tonic water, a pinch of salt, and a cinnamon pear chip garnish
“Pocket Aces” (Scarpetta): Absolut Ruby Red, Ciroc Peach, Pomplemoose Rosé, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lemon juice, hibiscus syrup, egg whites, and sage leaves
“Sardegna” (Scarpetta): Mirto Myrtle Berry Amaro, Ancho Reyes, Patron Silver tequila, Heritage Absinthe, lime juice, strawberry shrub, and a lemon twist garnish
“Lincoln’s Harvest” (Hakkasan): Amaro Lucano and Martel Cordon Bleau, spiced fig syrup, lemon juice, a pepper garnish, and a sugar-cinnamon rim
“Circa 1800” (Hakkasan): Bittermens Orange Citrate, Fee Brothers Plum Bitters, Lustau East India Solera Sherry, and Pierre Ferrand Cognac
“Tender Thug” (Hakkasan): Tito’s Vodka, beet, apple, and lemon and ginger juices
“Fortune Teller” (StripSteak by Michael Mina): High West Double Rye, Plymouth Sloe Gin, Tempus fugit Gran Classico, pomegranate juice, and raisin syrup
“My Spanish Love Affair” (StripSteak by Michael Mina): Diplomatico Exclusiva, Lustau Oloroso Sherry, orange vanilla syrup, and Old Fashioned Bitters
“Notorious F.I.G.” (StripSteak by Michael Mina): Partida Reposado Tequila, Sotol por Siempre, Christian Drouin Calvados, fig purée, pear purée, and Bliss Maple Syrup
“Blinker” (Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina): Grey Goose Poire, Allspice Dram, lemon juice, ginger ale, and an orange peel garnish
“Matador” (Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina): Rendezvous Rye, Oloroso Sherry, apple cider reduction, lemon juice, and an expressed lemon peel garnish
“Monkey Wrench” (Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina): Pierre Fernando Dry Curacao, lemon, egg white, and a rosemary sprig garnish
