Everyone has a reason to love the Fontainebleau, and for many, it’s the fact that it’s a top spot for a great, handcrafted cocktail. Just in time for 2017, this Miami hotspot has introduced new winter-inspired drinks at each of its renowned restaurants and bars–like the Sardegna cocktail, which tequila lovers can find at Scarpetta {4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach; 305.674.4660}. Here’s how you can make it at home: Shake and double strain 1/4 ounce lime juice, 1 ounce  Strawberry Shrub, 1 ounce Mirto Myrtleberry Amaro, 1/4 ounce Ancho Reyes, and 3/4 ounce Silver Tequila into an aperitif glass. Then, top the concoction with a floater of 3 drops of Heritage Absinthe, and add either a 1″-by-1″ or a cracked 2″-by-2″ ice cube. Garnish with fresh cut lemon twist and serve.
