Perhaps the most exciting addition is the signature Chicken Parm Pizza, which is making a special “pop-up” appearance from Quality Meat’s NYC sister restaurant, Quality Italian. Intended for two people, this 14-inch chicken Parmesan topped with mozzarella, Parmesan, and pecorino is delivered on a pizza rack and sliced tableside. The dish is so popular in New York that the restaurant often runs out midway through dinner service.

The new happy hour offers $8 creative cocktails, including traditional and flavored Pisco Sours; $6 wine and beers; and light bites such as Cebiche Criollo, Anticucho Chicken, Empanadas, and Pan con Chicharron for just $8 each. The goal of the event is to raise $12,500 to benefit the community of El Hatillo, Nicaragua, which is home to 67 families in need of a clean water supply. For 17 years, Chabad of Sunny Isles Beach has been hosting traditional Pesach Seders on the first two nights of Passover, engaging community meals designed for those with or without religious experience. For its 20th anniversary in 2015, events will include craft beer tastings at Wynwood Walls; wine tastings at the Village of Merrick Park; a celebrity chefs’ dinner at the InterContinental Miami; and an auction at Marlins Park.
